Hello everyone, I'm looking at building a self storage facility and was wondering if anyone could help me with some ballpark numbers for how much it will cost.

-month-to-month leases with pre-approved sub-leases over the summeror you can target the quiet/too busy students (law, medical, international merit awards, doctorates)

I did not need to be unemployed to find investment opportunities or to manage my investments.I had the best of both worlds, retired early at age 56 with 35 years service a pension and medical coverage.

Ex. include investing in large MF apartments, storage facilities, mobile home parks, student housing, ect.  

The ESA is "medication" for a patient.

But my income isn't great especially in light of some medical bills I'm working on paying down. 

I am 60 years old and I found BP about 20 months ago and since I am medically recovering and stuck at home I have learned a lot here and on YouTube and I have plenty to say.  

Maybe contact the medical examiner in your area and ask if there was a relative as informant on the death certificate and if not, contact the public administrator in your area, who would be responsible for handling estates of decedents without known relatives. 

The facility I work at has been hiring 20-30 employees a month and cannot fill our need with ideal candidates.
