Hopefully you have leftover paint, but if not either try to match it (remove an electrical outlet cover and take some drywall that is painted from an area covered by the plate) or get an accent colour.

on my homes I am building in Canby I do put a charger outlet in the garage as a standard feature to date none of the 30 homes I built last year have an electric car / vehicle  but that will change over time no doubt. good job on your MF empire .  

Media in Delaware county is also a beautiful area so you could look for interesting properties in that area as well.
