Hi BP Community,I am expected to close on a multi-family property in early October in Fitchburg, MA.

We live in Massachusetts, which isn't necessarily a "beach destination" for many. 

Invested in foreclosed condos in Springfield MA, $125K condos at foreclosure auction sold for $40K.

MA has a lot of fun compliance rules for holding security deposits.

All in Hartford County, CT or Springfield MA Most of the stuff on the mls is around 1.2/1.3 with the occasional 1.5 or 1.6%. 

Your discussion should include the general lending process in NH and perhaps northern MA, usury, licensing, paperwork, business purpose vs consumer purpose loans (which few here really seem to understand), and anything else the attorney recommends.

I know there are a few Worcester, ma and providence investors here.
