Like any city, we have cash flow areas, appreciation areas, and places in between.Overall, Buffalo is a good market to invest because it has a low barrier to entry, and you can get a fairly low risk property for what amounts to a reasonable price when compared to the country as a whole.However, the team you choose is more important than the market you choose in my opinion.
