Sounds pretty good, but I’m unsure of what questions I should ask a broker to confirm they have the ability to benefit my long term goals, and not only their own.

Coastal federal credit union is one with a lot of good benefits and it’s available for the general public as well.

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

I planned on living there a long time and just did the repairs that i did for my own benefit and was going to redo everything again down the line when i had more money and wasnt doing everything all at once.  

If anyone has any advice for me of the main parts I should study I would greatly appreciate it!

We don’t feel as though these properties would work for fix and flip investors mainly because of the area but we are thinking of negotiating seller finance and putting about 3k into repairs and using them as rentals.
