The lighting was amazing, and it was one of those old homes with beautiful bones. 

New HVAC, New roof, new doors, updated kitchen & Bathroom, new light fixtures, added deck, updated kitchen with backsplash, granite, sink, appliances, tile and paint What was the outcome?

I was a little confused by the term so i hoping someone can shed some light on what that exactly means and how it is use.

For example, the ceilings and walls are not usually drywall, but are light weight wood panels.

Primarily looking for someone nearby to help with mowing, weed eating, and a few other light mechanical skills.Thanks.
