School quality (according to Zillow/Great Schools) varies greatly, even in small geographic areas. 1) If you're seeing scores of 1-5 would you assume buyers don't have kids or they are sending their kids to private school?

I have chosen these areas because these are growing cities, with lots of young people moving in and most of them have plenty of access to nature and hiking and biking opportunities.I have a fair credit score but my debt to income ratio is very poor.

Right now I use my calendar to no end on my phone, email myself, evernote to a much much lesser extent than I should probably and I have a small binder that tracks paperwork.
