Maybe take some chips and develop relationships w/other folks that are experts and let them make you money for awhile in other markets / niches and strategies.  

@Megan Greathouse was able to introduce me to a great Shelter Insurance agent, who is truly knowledgeable, friendly and will fight to get you the best deal.

And, one day, God willing, I'd like to repay the kindness shown the the knowledge learned by sharing and teaching others how to be as free as I will be.

Knowledge is all you need to make the right decisions in life.Get focused, work hard, adjust your life style accordingly and dig deep.

I've been on this real estate investor student path for a while now facing the first time investors obstacle course but stayed in line on what was reachable for me on my journey as a student gaining as much knowledge as could in the process in order to succeed.

I think it would be wise for me to partner up with this small group because of my limited experience, knowledge, and funds.
