A lot of these internet lenders are basically already here, collecting the money NOT paid out to underwriters as extra profit (& I know that b/c they price out right in line with us, but no better -- in our case we can price there b/c we don't have 8 layers of sales managers getting paid out on every loan).

NOPE  99.9% sure your being sucked into a scam artist.. private lenders do not solicit on the internet either .. or have bad English or promise rates that are not real or dollar amounts that you know are not real or you could really never quality for.. they just want your up front processing money then they will go dark and ghost you.. or try to lead you on asking for more money until you finally quite sending them money..
