Has any one ever rented a residental property to a company that wants to sub lease to there employees/interns.

We started like most, pulling lists from city and county websites, skip tracing and then throwing them into an auto dialer and called them.. we had an internal guy doing the calls then brought in a VA.

The only key is having sufficient amounts of capital reserves so that you can survive a potential economic downfall without being forced to sell the home at inopportune times.Furthermore, if you can't pull the trigger and buy a home while prices are going up, what makes you think you have the internal fortitude to buy when prices are going down?

There is talk of a lot of spending programs and these need to be funded, don't forget that when people make more they pay more in fed, state, and FICA taxes which is in my opinion is a driving factor for the legislation.  

I have no confidence the legislation will emerge from Congress as an even deal, but any bill that looks something like that is better than what we have today.I am interested in the outcomes of the eviction ban lawsuits as well.

My internal debate is should I move on from what I know so well after doing more than 1000 deals and start swinging for the fences on repurposing shopping malls or something, or stick to what I know and do well.
