For instance, you can't charge those with a voucher a higher rate than others in your complex, you have to give the usual legal notice for your area, you can't do it mid lease unless there's provisions allowing you to do so, etc.

If they did pull a permit and used a survey and still ended up putting this in the wrong place, then either the surveyor or the village might be culpable in that instance too.Something isn't adding up though in terms of how an attached garage is built on the neighbors property.......

The brokerage doesn't want ill will.This is residential where for instance it's not worth the brokerages time to go after  a buyer because their agent is usually paying the brokerage a 300 per transaction fee.Now if this was commercial with a 50/50 agent split and the commission for the deal is 100,000 and 50,000 to the brokerage then that changes it some.No legal advice.

For instance the bank does a foreclosure date but then if the seller goes into the short sale program the foreclosure department will send a stop foreclosure to the banks attorney halting it while the short sale department considers the offer.
