I moved to Arizona to expand to a 2nd market and currently operate in both markets but it is two completely different obstacles I face.In Arizona- buyers are plentiful but finding a good deal is the difficult aspect of Wholesaling I face.In South Dakota- Deals are plentiful but there is a massive shortage in people looking to pay for flips and cash flowing properties.

The following characteristics are required to meet Freddie Mac’s criteria for a student housing loan: Supporting college/university has 8,000 or more students; student housing properties located within close proximity (1) to multiple schools that have a combined student body of 8,000 students or more will be considered; Purpose-built student housing properties; must have a minimum of one bathroom for every two bedrooms, and each apartment must have a separate full kitchen; Stabilized garden, mid-rise and high-rise apartment properties that are greater than 50% occupied by student tenants; andProperty is located less than two (2) miles from college/university or on a public transportation route. Hassan claims in her facebook page that evictions in NH happen "quickly", I can personally attest since I am in day 28 of an eviction for which my tenant now owes me (as of today) more than the Judge can legally grant.
