I know of people that disregard this rule but it's ill-advised to do this because if the lender finds out about this fraud, they can call or the whole amount of the loan to be due. 

Frustrating but in the end they send a guy who knows his stuff and will become my go to HVAC guy.Personally I will never buy a home warranty again for an STR.

Find someone who knows the ropes to help you and steer clear of common mistakes. 

It doesnt have any plumbig in the house, I am projecting 20k alone for plumbing renovations with out knowing this before. 

They took our family home threw us on the street when they hospital took our mother( unnecessary surgery took her life.the said they would help with transfer of title but we didn’t know it was fully paid threw her mortgage life insurance!

I don't know if the VA let's you buy houses a investment properties.
