Is the cash flow on this property good enough for me to ignore the fact that I DO NOT KNOW what will happen to real estate values in this town in future years.

This instantiates itself at work (in my field anyway) at people being nice in a meeting and telling you they are going to do something, but then they ignore you after the meeting is over.  

The state political climate is still in turmoil and the pension shortfall is hard to ignore. 

Forgive my ignorance, I haven't been following the news enough.

As a landlord, if you start to show that you are wavering or ignorant of the process, you will be exposing yourself to problems down the road. 

If he does, you do need to follow through and enforce it; it doesn't do you any good if it is just a piece of paper that you both ignore.

That is just ignorant.

Or ignore that advice and enjoy many years of all-inclusive government sponsored housing and one exercise break per day.

You must ignore the listed price.

That's why I ignore them but even if I didn't it would be why I wouldn't be dogmatic about them.
