I work as a CAD Draftsperson (3D modeling of our fixtures to create blueprints, programs and cut lists) as well as a Carpenter when some extra help is needed on the floor.I bought a little ranch 2BD/1BR house in Milwaukee (Bay View), Wisconsin six years ago and have done a lot of work to it over the years - new custom kitchen, appliances, refinishing of original oak flooring, A/C, bathroom and 6' fenced in yard.

If I could fix and BRRRR, would be ideal. 

Do you think these devices are beneficial for customer retention or differentiation, and do they make a difference in managing units? 

We have noticed banks are eager to have businesses that need mortgages, lines of credit, ect to survive and grow - but small operations that only need basic banking services are less desirable as customers. 

I know it isn't ideal but you do have options!

Ideally, I'd love to finance this purchase with personal funds but I don't have enough for the downpayment outside of the IRA. 

Ideally around year 6-8 upgrade my current properties through sales to purchase a apartment complex.

Ideally the partner would bring the 100% capital and I would find deals and manage the project.

Ideally i think that unit must have the highest airflow pressure because it is at the same level as the furnace.
