How we use to handle inspection is to call for the inspection one to 1 to 2 weeks before a part of a job was to be completed per the schedule. 

Handling failure is at least as important as succeeding in growing up to be a competent person. 

The awesome thing about a lot of these tech-front-end companies that handle a lot of stuff for you on the back-end is that they tend to be out-of-touch in their local markets in terms of pricing and vendors. 

I don't want to scare you out of your deal, I just want you to be prepared for a scenario to handle more expenses down the road. 

How do you handle the registered agent question?

Good point on property management - I plan to handle that but you’re right, I should be paying myself. 

How will you handle the flow of the money and what will be the "face" of the entity/entities to the public (tenants, vendors, local and state government).
