It's my first and only STR atm, so take this with a grain of salt.

Take that with a grain of salt as they can only legally offer some much help and you can expect to need to hire Engineers, Surveyors, and Consultants to truly accomplish what it is you're going after.

We have received a handful of complaints before from guests that say the unit is 'dirty' because some food was left behind from the previous renter.

Food for thought.

To give you guys some context on my situation, I recently graduated college and have a net worth of -$47k: -62k in student loans** +17k in savings, I got a 'W-2' job in a reputable company earning around $50k base with around $6k in bonuses, and I'm living with my parents in the Houston, Texas area (woohoo free rent and food) so I am able to save around 1-2k a month. 

How many try doing a food truck and fail, doe sit mean nobody eats at them or that they just sucked at it. 

Where is the price leveling dept for gas, or food?

@Chaim Tarkieltaub, take with a grain of salt, since I only had a STR for about 15 months before we decided to sell.With each of these, would you book an Airbnb that is asking for a separate agreement?
