Asset based lending is one of the best ways to fund wholesales and rehabs.I have explored many different kinds of funding, and asset based lending can be much cheaper and more flexible than other common methods.

However, I'm looking to move into a different house by the end of the year and am trying explore my options: A) I can keep the house and rent it out after I move.

You could explore with your respective accountants creating a holding corporate structure that would take title to, control, and manage the portfolio.  

I'd like to see if I could borrow 500k by offering perhaps a large down payment or some alternative forms of finance and am exploring different options.
