Then I took bits and pieces from feedback I read on this forum, I also read a few books, watched some Youtube videos and between the self-education and the experience I slowly became very knowledgable about it.It's a low margin business but I am good at it and I now offer my clients property management, brokerage and construction project management so we can literally help a client buy a house, manage the rebab and then manage the property (and we have done this for some clients).

Anywho, I have a question and would love feedback.

So I'm fairly new to BP but I've learned so much and appreciate the feedback that I have been given so far.
