Yes, I know there are more then (5) key opponents, but I'm creating "building blocks" as a foundation to start, so I'm focusing on the MAJOR key factors only at the moment.

@Jonathan Barby I understand the urge to do the work yourself….but don’t let that determine your market, there are much more important factors. 

I am constantly having visions owning lots of properties and blessing my community, my family and sphere of influence with knowledge and resources to grow their wealth.

Could have been at the advice of industry groups, could be influenced by revenue constraints and revenue raising as required by congressional bills, etc.

The monthly cash flow is well over 2,000/month with mortgage, rehab, and miscellaneous expenses factored in.
