@Lucas Hall We have a website through hostgator that I designed using Weebly which is very easy to use, where you can create forms...I have a form for maintenance request, although most people text them in which is fine for the number I manage.

And it took some time to design a plan that wouldn't entail us having no life at all, just because we were landlords.Yes we were always there 24/7, but because I screened well, I chose good tenants and my time in court was hardly anything.
