Let's say I lease option a property from one of your buyers at a reduced rent ($700) and extended time frame (5-Yr Option) and a reduced purchase price ($100k) - creating a spread of $ and time - and I turn around to lease option the home to the a tenant buyer - higher price ($120k ) and higher rent ($1000) and smaller option period (3-Yr), what value out of the deal would you insist on as the selling agent/PM?
