Can't sell that with the best tax exemption until July 2018.Bought a nice buildable lot off of a tax list Lands available and our goal is to build there atleast by the time we sell the primary aimed for 7/2018 to put that tax free amount into it.

@Brian Wert I am not sure how homestead exemptions work in PA, but in Michigan you could do a 50% homestead exemption.

There is only so much you can do to avoid taxes, but I would look at other properties in the neighborhood in LCAD and see what they are being taxed at, remember you won't get the homestead exemption.
