I'd figure out one side of the business before you attempt starting both. 

Govmit will work at out.. or at the very least Biden will enacted it on the 20th of Jan.. it wont go past that. 

Do you attempt to stabilize or bite the bullet on the purchase and then attempt to work out with other homeowners? 

I know certain states have enacted regulations against wholesalers requiring them to acquire a license and I can’t seem to find if Kentucky has become a state like that yet.

I can count on exactly one finger the number of friends I have with which I would attempt this. 

I forgot theres already companies doing what you are attempting to do. 

Or attempt to acquire by delinquent tax (heard that is an option but am admittedly not schooled on the subject)?
