I just sent out some marketing pieces and should be hearing back from home owners soon.  

Unfortunately, everyone does not get a piece of this, of course, but that is just because many do not do their R&D. 

in may 2019 wasnt until decmber when i got a new piece of crap carrier furnace that doesnt heat home!

What was interesting to my husband and I was not really the "education" piece per say, but they talked about having access to:1) preferred lenders who lend at rates of 1-3% vs. the hard money lenders at 10%+. 2) Supposed teams of contractors & other investors3) a group who analyzes your deal before purchase - submitted on a "road map" in the software they provide you4) they also said if you do your 1st deal in 90 days and do a testimonial, you get a full refund. 

Sean Morrison Maybe a small piece of the pie given the (current) limited cash-flow but you won't have any mortgage interest to use as a deduction.

I don't send that many pieces yet.

The only way to know for sure is to (carefully) get a piece of the tile off the ceiling and get it tested.If the tiles don't contain asbestos, then you can pretty much do what you want. 

We always invest alongside our investors, in which case we just get a proportional piece of that 75%.
