I've always had an insane drive and work ethic and I can't understand how anybody wouldn't want to be an entrepreneur.I'm particularly interested in doing real estate full time, I'm mainly interested in buying multi-family real estate, but I'd like to flip a few houses first in order to build my track record.I've done a lot of online marketing and I have experience in google advertising, facebook advertising, bing advertising, SEO (a little bit), email marketing, web design, and more.

Here are the standard things I do:-add listing to MLS,Zillow/ Trulia, list hub -create Facebook property listing with cityblast-add to Facebook personal and business page-create flyer/brochure (print and digital)-posting to Instagram-post to craigslist-email blast to all MLS agents-send to email list of personally known agents in the areaWhat steps do you take?

I do know a few years ago people had issues with them doing hard pulls and was false advertising but it seems that they have gotten much better.

Online advertisements are the best in my judgement; Craigslist, Postlets and Rentlinx (I would put an ad up on all three).
