thanks all for your input.I guess I knew all along the responses I was going to get. i'll keep my nose to the grinding wheel and pay off the debt and get started at the beginning of 2018.as for the car loan, I'm stuck with it. my wife refuses to get a used 5yr old car that is in good conditions. she throws the safety and repairs arguments at me. the kicker is that i am a mechanic. lolthanks to all that replied. really do appreciate the advice.

These planks are thinner than the Ultra.The Allure Ultra didn't have a video on that product page, but it does show that it has a different locking mechanism, the easy-drop-and-lock which is a click-lock installation technology.
