While I enjoy my design job, I’m seriously considering a career in property management as I feel it would be a better fit for me professionally.As I’ve researched online, it appears that both Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager licenses are recommended for entry-level property management positions in the state of Illinois.

We demolished all but a few feet of the home and left a portion of the existing foundation, then designed and built a new 2,504 SF modern home with an attached 2 car garage.

I'm very good at design and development... which is essentially problem solving in my opinion.  

Finding property here will be like finding a needle in a haystack. 

If you cant afford to hire a designer try virtually staging to increase traction.

@Himanshu Patwardhan I don’t you can do that I had to sign an agreement with an agent allow them exclusive rights to list my condo for a designated amount of time.
