I am in the four out of four time loan right now, so far they haven't asked for much....I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop: for underwriting to come back and ask for a whole bunch of other stuff like the previous loan providers did.

The scope of the work is general rehab stuff: floors, windows, doors, light weight exterior work, paint, fixtures etc.We are not looking for bottom of the barrel cheap labor, but fair priced rental quality work.Also, we would like to purchase more properties if we can find a contractor or network of contractors we trust.
