We are not to far from downtown Scottsdale and Tempe.Also a factor for us is homes for rent are in demand and there are not a lot to go around, plenty of apartments and multi.If I have issues with pests/noise/bedbugs (never had them) or whatever, it is limited to that property.If I had to do it all over, I would stick with SFH.

I don’t think that dishwashers are necessary or drive demand in these types of units.

they will yell at you call you crappy names, demand to know why you send them a mailer and demand you to take them off the list.. and guess what... you ALREADY spend that money on them to reach them.
