We are not to far from downtown Scottsdale and Tempe.Also a factor for us is homes for rent are in demand and there are not a lot to go around, plenty of apartments and multi.If I have issues with pests/noise/bedbugs (never had them) or whatever, it is limited to that property.If I had to do it all over, I would stick with SFH.

Search rental properties on zillow,Save the search to receive daily email alert.Save any rental properties by click the Heart icon.Do this for a few weeks, then review your saved properties,if most of them off market already, then you have a local demand.
