In this specific case things worked out for everyone, and yes the situation and outcome next time might be different bu so will be the players.In this particular instance the issue is that there is no accountability for anyone except maybe the investor based on the way you are laying the facts.Â

To clarify, the mortgage terms are 30 yr and roughly the same interest rate (+/-.25%).You last sentence is impactful on my desired outcome, which is buying and holding the PR, then turning the property into a rental.
