@Brad Hammond hit the nail on the head, don't get in too deep on your first deal. 

(expensive in a number of ways), or do we go for pure economy and stack them cheap and deep since there seems to be no end in sight of costs or demand.  

I wouldn't wish the experience on anybody, however, going through everything I did made me look deep into myself and figure out what I really wanted out of life.
