I was just wondering before I dive deep into making this project if there isn't already something out there.

Recently,  numerous property listings I have walked in 5 points have either significant foundation issues or lots of standing water in the crawl space (one property we could not even get into the crawl space because of how deep the water was at the crawl space entrance!).  

Many Property Managers have "Turnkey product" or have the system to help you buy, clean up, rent, and manage something from afar. 

There are many owners who perform all responsibilities of owning a property, from paying the taxes to cleaning the toilets, etc. 

With a little bit of sacrifice, a little hard work, a little thinking outside of the box, and a few hours of cleaning per week, we were able to live exactly where we needed to live to do ministry with our church.What is more, we were able to save money, and because we were renting (and giving money to the rent fairies), we were able to put aside money into savings and purchase rental properties in another market.Here were the numbers:$92,400 / TWO YEAR PROJECTED RENT COST AT $3,850 A MONTH$48,000 / PROJECTED AIRBNB RENTALS OF THE BASEMENT (BASED ON A CONSERVATIVE $2,000 A MONTH NET PROFIT)——————-$44,400 / TOTAL PROJECTED ACTUAL RENT COST——————-$1,850 / PROJECTED CONSERVATIVE ACTUAL MONTHLY RENT TO LIVE WHERE WANTED TO LIVEGAINING EQUITY THROUGH THE PRINCIPLE OF LEVERAGE:That wasn’t enough, however, because at this point, I was still at a net-negative of $44,400.

Has anyone had trouble getting a clean Certificate of Occupancy in a similar situation?

I’m looking for someone to clean Airbnb’s after guest have vacated.

Im going to put some sweat equety into it. cleaning up the front and back yard. updating the inside and adding a shower to the master bath.What was the outcome?
