So. it’s not uncommon to request proof of rent deposits via bank statements and corporate/LLC tax returns.

From a tax perspective, there is a potential advantage if certain thresholds of income are generated annually by the Operating Company, and the entity has elected S Corporation status.

Looks like the corporation has been around since 2013 and registered agent checks out as the owner of the address, so in those respects it's at least a legitimate looking LLC.
