How do you choose?

There are two buildings on the lot: 1, 6-unit building (all 1 bed apts) and a duplex (both units 2 beds each).I would appreciate any and all feedback. 

Why did you choose what you choose and have you considered changing?

The front house was a 3 bed / 2 bath with a bonus room (1100sqft) and the back house was a 2 bed 2 bath (800sqft).
