That is probably your best option, but it can take months and months for the police to do the undercover work to actually bust the scum, and then they will be out on bond until the trial.

LOL but we are getting two to four a month.. but its little dollars compared to West cosat that's for sure. and there is a one year right of redemption but you can buy a redemption bond.... no one redeems in those areas. were its wild is here in Oregon with the redemption rights...
