Good schools also make your property sticky, in that people don't want to leave if the rental gives them a chance to send their kids to school in an area where they cannot afford to buy a home.Some other things to consider - what I call "anchors."

Hello,I would like to seek opinion from members on this board about my rental place that has been on the market for two months with very little to no traffic.I understand that Dec and January are slowest of all months in the NE but having unequivocally very little traffic is discouraging.
