So far just planning minor bathroom and kitchen upgrades - flooring, appliances, cabinets - but long-term there is potential to convert these large units to condos and sell.

They will think it's okay to knock on your door at 11 PM and tell you about the toilet they noticed flooding the bathroom last week. 

We are turning our small 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom without doing an addition, and in doing so we will have a bedroom door and a bathroom door in our kitchen.

Have someone about to sign a lease but realized that an extra bathroom my wife and i have not hardly used has issues needing pretty signifcant repairs.
