The problem is like I mentioned and Steve pointed out that I said, I'd be worried you would waste my time like so many newbs have and the fact that you already have purchased so much education and still lack the ability to follow through with a deal. where I lacked clarification is simple, I asked you a question and before I would have offered anything, I would need to know what it was you were trying to do.

If I show the purchase contact on current residence, showing I am not responsible for the monthly payments, the rest of my debt to income ratio should be fine.So I guess clarification is needed on selling any house sub 2, how does the previous owner buy another (cheaper) house?
