I've seen videos where people put an additional piece of plexiglass at the rear of the window opening, attach a plastic edge to the plexiglass and attach with "pivot screws" and it creates an additional air-space and is removable for cleaning.

Yes, you will need an LLC bank account (I suggest creating a Paypal account attach it to your LLC and then attach the Paypal account to a bank account that's also linked to LLC.
