Now that doesn't mean i am not interested in smaller deals (note anything i say may sound need, but i assure you it's not, i am more of a giver vs taker type of person)... it just means... that advice from one person from their perspective, may not necessarily be valid for me... simply because perhaps i may want to have different goal.. and not be getting duplexes, but rather pivoting myself in closing on 100 + units deals.. or 50 + units deals....So i know my writing is all over the place.. and may seem non structural, but i am simply attempting to understand the reality and feasibility of getting closer towards financial freedom by working with other syndicators...
