The LinkedIn group isn't very active, nor do I expect it to be, given anything that could be asked/done there, can probably get a quicker response here.Then again, it is a good way for all the BP people on LinkedIn to connect over there.

I am still in the process of waiting to close on our first house - got it for $12k - needs about $12k in work.Now we found another house that's in an awesome location - 3 blocks from the best elementary school in town (population 28,000), Assessed at $49k they want $30,900 DOM 4 days.

Just barely breaking even if the unit is filled every month, there's never any assessment by the HOA and never any work needed on the place.
