Hello All,I was wondering if any others have experience with owning a rental property that is an adult family home by renting out the rooms?

Almost all multifamily syndications will already be run as an LLC, in which investors like yourselves would be the passive "limited" members.

Louisville MSD just increased rates 7% again and this year we are averaging $700/month between water+sewer bill which has basically bankrupt the association as all prior years were budgeted for half of this.

New to real estate investing all together but my husband and I are very interested in raw land investing here in the Colorado mountains.

Can someone please advise me on the pro's and con's and keeping the lot as a single lot with all 14 duplexes on it or subdividing each lot to have 14 individual lots? 

Hi all, just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on SFH investing in buckeye vs San tan valley, both cities are pretty booming right now, just wondering if one thinks more over the other over the next 5-10 years?

They all have their pros and cons and you will never find the perfect one.
