My only regret is I didn't try and take advantage of that opportunity sooner, and now i know that my other two partners share that feeling.My advise is to be patient, work at what you are good at and build your strengths, finance may not be what you bring to the table but you have plenty to bring.

@Jayson BellYou can rollover funds from a former employer plan to either a self-directed IRA or Solo 401k (if you qualify) to invest those funds in real estate.There are certain advantages of setting up a Solo 401k instead of a Self-directed IRA (if you are eligible to do so).
