My background is in Influencer Marketing out of all things, I do Business Development for a media company called Linus Media Group; we manage a few YouTube channels, including the large tech channel Linus Tech Tips.My current Real Estate goal is to buy a few single family homes remotely in key areas in Canada utilizing the BRRRR method.

I actually found this forum via Youtube and after watching just one of Brandon Turner's podcasts I was like "this guy is as wacky as me" so I joined the BP forums.

 I have just begun using the Biggerpockets tools and listening to multiple podcasts/Youtube (Biggerpockets, Fairless, jake and gino etc..)

You can do this all over the internet; BP, YouTube, Podcasts etc.

I recently watch a youtuber explain stuff with mobile homes.

@Mauricio Rauld has put out a lot of great content on his YouTube page about getting compensated for raising money and compensating others for raising money.

So as i went through the process of selling the home, i spent most of my time reading books, participating in the forums, watching youtube videos, and listening to podcasts.So once we moved into the fall and i progressed into contract on my home sale, i had built my baseline knowledge around real estate.
