I thought of visiting tenants that have been late on rents and unresponsive in the midst of my previous property management company collapsing due to corruption.

Tomorrow is my first time visiting prospective properties and I'm nervous that the agent and the owners aren't going to take me seriously. 

I originally was planning on obtaining conventional financing but upon flying out and visiting the property, I realized it was majorly in disrepair.

Not sure if i'd consider moving to any of those places, but i'm learning as much as i can about the markets from locals and will plan visits to each as i build out my criteria for a sound investment.
