Are they a trust?

The vaccine is not 100% effective or even close to that...too many unknown variables to trust any Government right now.

You can filter for expired listings by all sorts dates, get the owner's address, phone numbers, email addresses and you can even download all sorts of trust deed, grant deeds, or whatever you call them.

I am looking for trusted, verified property managers in the Orlando area that would be able to help my father in law out as he is looking to switch companies.

Learning new markets (especially out of state) requires a trusted team that knows the local rules in regards to risk and costs.

So hopefully the internet brain trust can maybe give me some guidance. 

Personally I would NEVER trust someone else to select a note for me, that tells me they don't know what they are looking at.
