Airbnb has yielded more inquiries, to be but I will keep the property listed on both.Now that I have three consecutive months booked, I will continue to study the market, make improvements to the home, and do the best I can to provide great service to those who are staying the home.I am hoping to get good reviews.Thanks again for sharing, everyone.

This will greatly reduce the cash flow to a point where it's not too appealing, even with a higher gradual rent increase by then. however assuming with continued 3% rent growth per year, it will eventually cash flow nicely again 2-4 years after the tax starts, assuming rents and expenses all grow at 3%.What do you think?

I'd be weary and continue to do more research, as well as try to contact them directly before investing.  

This goes back to doing more due diligence - talk to investors who have properties in those areas and to 5 experienced property management companies (instead of just 3) who will tell you what properties are renting for, potential problems, tenant base, etc

I would love to talk to you sometime about your scope and how you first got started in the area. 

Talk to some sales people and advisors from a payroll service such as Intuit or ADP, etc...
