Hi, I am closing on my first duplex on Friday!

Seems like a great rainy Friday activity :-) 

She didn't have firm timelines until this weekend but will be handing over the keys Friday which gives me time to get everything ready to show. 

DO NOT talk to someone on Tuesday and arrange a time for them to see it on Friday because they will flake out.I did this quite a bit when I was looking for roomates at various times at another property that I still own. so feel free to ask me anything my friend.Definitely go month to month with roomates.......and I'm also not sure what you think you need an attorney for?.....

This just started to be announced Thursday/Friday and we feel more companies will jump on board going g forward.The key is to call the billing department of your particular insurance carrier and ask if there are options. 

The inspectors for most county and cities do not work on the weekends so I see people putting them out on Friday after 5 and then pulling up Sunday night.I do not see people putting them in the ground in high traffic areas as they do not stay up long.

(This is not legal advice, it was all made up as a flight of fancy on a slow friday afternoon) But hey, That's how I handle these.  

I am closing my 1st apartment building this Friday.

I go to title company, sign papers, sign deed, get the check FRiday March 5.

I would definitely give her a deadline, that a, b, c need to be submitted by Friday 5pm or I’ll have to look at other applicants.
