One reason: there's not a lot of 4 bed inventory in our market and the added cost apples to apples, of having a 4th bedroom is barely noticeable.

Hi,I tried two dialing strategy's with the exact same setups where I was calling the exact same list and had connection rates of 7%+ when calling DNC's versus barely 2% when calling non DNC's.
